  • Authority — You know your market, your numbers, and your craft cold. You bring data, not opinions.
  • Curiosity — You ask better questions than anyone else in the room. Clients feel understood.
  • Empathy — You can see the deal from the other side of the table. That's how you close hard ones.

The Authority Trap

Most agents over-index on Authority. They show up with the spreadsheet, the market report, the credentials. And they still lose to the agent who actually listened.

Authority gets you in the door. Curiosity and empathy are what close the deal.
