AI is not going to replace real estate agents. Real estate agents using AI are going to replace the ones who aren't. We're already seeing it in our coaching cohorts.
Here's the stack we're recommending in 2026 and what each tool actually does in a working agent's day.
The Lead Layer
AI voice agents and SMS responders for the first touch. Speed-to-lead under 60 seconds, 24/7. Qualifies, books appointments, hands warm leads to the human.
This isn't theoretical anymore. Several agents on our team are running 100+ qualified appointments per month through this stack with no human first-touch.
The Content Layer
AI for first drafts of listing descriptions, market update scripts, and follow-up emails. Always edited by a human. Never published raw.
"AI is a force multiplier on a good operator. It's also a force multiplier on a bad one. Be the good one."
The Ops Layer
Meeting transcription with action items extracted automatically. CRM updates triggered by call summaries. Compliance review on documents before they go out.
- Fathom or Granola for meeting notes.
- An agent-trained GPT for listing copy and market updates.
- An SMS/voice AI for first-touch lead response.
- A custom workflow tool (we use n8n) to wire it all together.
The Rule
AI doesn't replace your judgement. It removes the busywork between your judgement and the next decision. Build your stack around that principle and you'll get years of leverage out of it.
